Checkers
Move and capture diagonally — captures are mandatory, jumps can chain, and reaching the far row crowns a king.
About the game
Checkers (8×8 American rules) is a classic jumping game: pieces move diagonally, captures are forced and can chain. Kings move both ways and can swing the game instantly.
How to play
- Pieces move diagonally forward one dark square; jump an adjacent enemy piece to capture it.
- Captures are mandatory, and if another capture is available after jumping, you must continue.
- Reaching the far row makes a king (♛) that moves and captures in both directions.
- Capture or block all enemy pieces to win: 200 + 20 per remaining piece. A loss ends the run.
Controls
Tap one of your red pieces, then a target square marked with a yellow dot.
Tips for a high score
- Keep your back row in place to stop easy kings.
- Use forced captures to set traps — give one, take two.
- Pieces on the edges are harder to capture.
